All employees and trustees of ADVENT Board have a responsibility to be good stewards of the resources which are entrusted to us. An independent Board exercises overall governance leadership, managing risks and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The management of ADVENT pursues the highest of standards through independent bookkeeping, the statutory audit by a reputed audit firm.

Through regular submission of reports and filing of returns and accounts with the Income Tax Department, the Ministry of Home Affairs in compliance with the Income Tax Act and the FCRA regulations, we reinforce our responsibility to the government of India. Also, our approach in working with the community ensures we are accountable, committed and responsive to the beneficiaries. We intend continually to pursue excellence beyond compliance in all aspects of our work - governance, management, operations and administration.

FCRA audited financial statements

In accordance with the Rule 13(a) of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation)Rules, 2015, the audited financial statements pertaining to the foreign contributions and quarterly reports being complying time to time in time to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
